Week 1 7th January - Brunnia berries - flowerpaste - recommended brand, squires kitchen, or saracino flowerpaste or simply heaven flowerpaste, 20g white wires, white florist tape, pliers, modelling tools (basic kit), poly block, eucalyptus gel and dust colour, snowflake or pearl white dust colour


Week 2 14th January - silver leaf - oak leaf cutters and all purpose veiners or silver leaf cutters and veiners, colours and equipment as last week including 26, 28g white wires and white florist tape


Week 3 22nd January - sea holly leaves - template or cutters, all purpose leaf veiner, pale eucalyptus coloured flowerpaste, sea holly mould or non slip mat, tweezers and small scissors, dust colours to include eucalyptus, moss green, white, african violet, cornflower deep purple (google to see which colour you prefer)


Week 4 28th January - Gerbera - individual petal cutters or PME 2-3" wide daisy/gerbera plunger cutter.  carnation cutters. 18g wire, flowerpaste in chosen colour.  optional small headed stamen. smaller daisy cutter as calyx. apply tray cup or plastic cup as flower former


Week 5 4th February - dust and assemble flowers


Week 6 11th February - modelled figure section - Saracino pasta model maximum 250g to include skintone. Skewers, flower wires, white florist tape and foil. Iced 3" tall and 6" round dummy or two cake drums glued together or 15-18mm mdf with matching size cake card glued on top. modelling tools and basic kit, colours to suit


Week 7 18th February - as last week


Week 8 4th March - as last week


Week 9 11th March - as last week


Week 10 18th March - as last week
