Prices and Ordering

 

By ordering via this website you agree to my terms and conditions. Once the order is accepted, it is a binding contract which comes into effect when you are informed the goods have been despatched. If we are unable to meet your order for whatever reason you will be refunded.  If an order is no longer available, you will have the option to re-order or have a refund. We cannot redirect an order once it has been despatched so please check your address carefully. All prices incl. VAT where applicable. Orders are in GBP. Prices are correct at time of posting and subject to change.

 

 

 

Deliveries of shop items

 

Please choose from the shipping options.  If an option you require is not on the website, please ring or email with your query. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control ie weather conditions, strikes, traffic problems or busy periods. If any parcels are left with a neighbour or in a safe place, the customer is liable. You must re-arrange the delivery and will be responsible for the cost of resending the parcel if there is information missing or incorrect with the address. If we are notified that a parcel is refused, then the charge will be deducted from your payment when we refund your order. Please inform us ASAP of any missing items. We must be informed within 48 hours. We are not responsible or liable for allergy and ingredients information provided by the manufacturers.  (Class places do not require delivery paid for.)  Please choose the correct delivery option or you may be billed to correct it.

 

 

 

Classes

 

If the course is cancelled you will be refunded for the cost of the class, but not for any travel, hotel or expenses you incur or equipment and ingredients you may have purchased to attend. You will be informed of a newly scheduled date.

 

If you are unable to attend a class, please note Classes are not refundable or it is not possible to rearrange for whatever reason, whether for one session or for a full term, or for a day class, so please choose carefully when booking your class.    If you know more than 1 week in advance before the class begins that you are unable to attend the class, then please contact me without delay and I will see if I can find a replacement person to take your place on the class.   You would then get what you have paid minus a £20 admin fee.  If I am unable to find a replacement then I am unable to refund any payments or transfer you to a different class.

 

All classes must be paid in full by the dates stipulated on our online shop.  Your place is not guaranteed without payment.  

 

Please bring all items on the equipment list as equipment will not be available for you unless otherwise stipulated.

 

Covid-19 update

Please note that for the time being, all in person classes are being postponed due to government guidelines and to protect my students.  Future classes are also subject to review.    New class dates are being organised for later in the year. If you are unable to attend the new dates then you will be issued a class voucher.

 

Weekly classes will restart as an online class at the scheduled April dates and students will be contacted to organise this. We hope to change back to in person as soon as the government advises.

All April day classes are being postponed including easter cupcake classes which will automatically transfer to summer cupcake classes.  

A number of free FB live Cake-a-long sessions are being scheduled for easter cupcakes and the info will be in the holiday class section as before. A variety of free events are being organised between now and when we can return to our regular in person classes.

Online classes

New online classes are being organised and will be available to purchase in the shop soon. Please email if you have a subject you would like to cover.
