Sugar Flower Arrangements to include
Sweet William (dianthus), white hydrangea, Rose, Eucalyptus, Daffodil, Oak Leaves
(please note the gaps in the schedule. These are due to school holidays or my other teaching commitments) Please bring paper and pen for notes
Each week please bring: Squires Kitchen sugar florist paste, modelling tools (eg PME set), small sharp smooth bladed knife, palette knife, non stick board, celpad (white PME flower pad), edible glue and glue brush, cornflour puff, dusting brushes and palette (I use no.6 and no.8 filbert brushes, but you can also buy a set of 9 brushes from the works with blue or pale brown handles and orange tips which have a selection of thin brushes and flat headed brushes), Trex or PME petal base, Jem 12 a/b tool, kitchen roll, PME spray glaze
Week 1 8th January 2020 - White Hydrangea - Individual florets rather than a full large head of hydrangea - hydrangea cutter and veiner (bract/petal) (or small rose petal cutters and all purpose petal veiner ), 28g white wire, white and nile green florist tape, Dusts: lemon yellow, spring green
Week 2 15th January 2020 - Eucalyptus Leaves - Eucalyptus leaf cutter and veiner or rose petal or heart cutters and rose leaf veiners; 26, 28g white wires, white florist tape, Dusts: eucalyptus, white, aubergine, plum
Week 3 22nd January 2020 - Rose - Rose petal cutters (and optional rose petal veiner) Rose calyx cutter, flowerpaste in chosen colour plus pale (spruce green) green, dust colours to be chosen in class, plus moss green, foliage green, aubergine
Week 4 29th January 2020- Rose - as last week
Week 5 5th February 2020 - Daffodil - Daffodil cutters and jem 12 a/b modelling tool (or optional daffodil veiner), 28, 20g white wires, daffodil dust colour, lemon yellow, spring green, moss green, foliage green, nile green florist tape,

19th February is half term week - no class
Week 7 26th February 2020 - Sweet William - 5 petal blossom cutter or dianthus cutter, 30, 26, white wires, dusts colours: can choose your colours. we will discuss in class
Week 8 4th March 2020 - Oak Leaves - Oak Leaf cutters and veiners, 26, 28, 20g white wires, nile green florist tape, dusts: lemon yellow, moss green, foliage green, aubergine, nutkin brown
Week 9 11th March 2020 - Assemble
